I am using a bubble King mini 200 at the moment I need to clean the cup more often and probably clean the whole thing it has been some time I don't think it works as efficient as it used to.

if it works then stick with it. your tank seems to be doing amazing. but if you decide to change to a different one, sca 302 is a great skimmer. not sure on the cost of shipping to turkey but they are amazing skimmers. I use the sca 301.

So I thought it might be time to update with a whole tank picture

Here is what the tank looked like exactly two years ago. I still have the initial corals, most of them that is lets see if you can spot them.

Just a question, I was also thinking about putting my new tank by my covered porch. Isn't direct sunlight causing you excessive algae growth?

If your water parameters are off then yes but T5s will do the same trick at those times. If everything is normal and under control the corals love it they grow really fast, the main problem is usually heat fluctuations.

Cool. So you insist to keep it in the balcony? :) In which direction the aquarium faces to?

Well, temp. wise, It may not fluctuate in day time but you then possibly suffer from day/nite diff.

Yes, I used to have two 500w heaters now there is only one and a separate AC just for the balcony.

Quite an investment..
And also, you may consider to change the position of the online cam, looking from a very narrow range.

The problem with camera is the reflection from the windows if I place it in the front. But thinking some solutions we will see. Open to any suggestions by the way.

Here is one, you may try to locate it "in" the water by partly sinking it, with help of a looking glass. Or, in case you use one of Gopro type of cams, fish eye, sunken downwards from top, with waterproof accessory, may result a fantastic experience :)

Quick question lately I realized the colors of my corals are much lighter they are not whiting or anything the growth is fine the polyps are OK but the color especial the reds are much lighter and even pinker in most cases. I thought it might be coral food such as amino acids or so but I am not sure. Some place I also read Potassium deficiency might be a reason unfortunately I couldn't get a test yet but the salt I use claims it has a high potassium 450-460 ppm. SO I want to ask and see what you guys think.
