As exemplified in the video
The clownfish breathes very quickly
The opening and closing range of fish gills is very large
Large fish also have white patches on their bodies
What disease is most likely to be contracted in this situation

Because these few fish are all from the same batch entering the fish tank
So it's very likely that they were infected with the same disease

The big fish quickly died after soaking in methylene blue and did not survive
Methelyne blue no good in marine setting and fish in a net hard to determine anything
Please post pics of fish in the water under bright white lights

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Sorry to hear about the naso tang dying.

The clownfish looks like it might have a damaged mouth, but I could not see clearly.

Does the tank have good aeration? Either an air stone or a good protein skimmer?

Are there other fish in the aquarium that have no symptoms?

Jay

It has been confirmed that the fish was infected with Brooklynella hostilis
Because a healthy clownfish has white mucus wrapped around its body:disappointed-face:

Can you post a video or pics under white light brightness to confirm?
