Now is more a cleaning of the tank in case it released anything. And hope to cure whatever is causing the remaining head to be droopy

Chemi clean is next because it is possible it may help. And I happen to have some cyano I’d like to get rid of anyway

Sorry to hear that. It happens sometimes when there's just too much stress on it as it arrives to your tank. I lost $220 indo green torch (multiple heads) that I bought online when it couldn't acclimate to my tank. It's not DOA so it's on me. I lost 3 torches successively from one LFS I buy exclusively from. I was able to save my latest torch using CoralRX dip for 10 minutes. It's pretty happy now so I am not sure what's going on in between the store and my tank in between.
