Torch Coral Tissue Receding

I have had this torch for almost 6 months in the same exact spot. The tissue is receding and beginning to show the skeleton, don’t know what to do. One of my other torches recently had flat worms, dipped and got rid of them, don’t see any on this torch. Could the flat worms be causing it to recede that much. Recently split from 1 head to 2 and then 3 very soon after. Thank you!!!
