Ok so I got my torch coral on the top right rock it seems fine but the rock is kinda caved is this going to effect the growing of it if it's limited on the back side?

It'll grow out where it can. You could always move it and epoxy it in a new spot.

No, it will grow more out the front, it will find space to grow.
