Tried to upgrade twice!! Hopefully third time is a charm

So I tried to upgrade to several different tanks. I have a soft spot for acrylic tanks. I found one I'm interested in buying but not sure if it's beat up or just dirty. It's 180 gallon. Any opinions?

I'm always weary when it comes to used tanks. I would figure out how long they have had the tank, leak test, and what was kept in it prior to now.
