Picked up a radiant wrasse at LFS today and started TTM as I do with all my fish. Also have an order for an adorned wrasse coming from online source.

All my TTM has been bare glass bottom with some pipes. Will these wrasse be okay or do I really need stand in a Tupperware? I don't want to blow out 20 lbs of sand to TTM these guys.

Is it necessary to have sand for them?

And if i need sand, i assume it has to be discarded after each transfer?

A little sand in a bowl offers them a place to burrow and reduces stress
