Wow that is awesome.
I really enjoy the google sketch up stuff you have done. I just started using sketch up is there a good tutorial or instruction manual that you would suggest or do you just keep messing with it until you get what you want?

This has to be one of the cleanest setups I've ever seen! Can't wait to see it wet!

Those bulkheads in the bottom of the display, are they for the return or a closed loop? Hard to tell how its plumbed in the pics. If for the return how to plan to deal with siphoning when the pump is off?

They are from the return pump, The pipe goes up from the pump into the overflow box , I made a small nozzle at the top (I am also going to put the there a small valve and option to connect it to pipe to wash the rocks from detrius in case I need it) , then I made a U turn and the pipe goes down from the overflow back to the bottom of the tank then it's splits to the two bulkheads

It's pretty simple
the pipe is going up into the over flow box , then it's going back down and splits under the tank to the two nozzles,
you can see that inside the over flow box there is on nozzle it's will break the siphon in case ( I am going to put on it a small valve )
