Unknown In my Sump

I have hundreds of white pointy encrusting things in my sump all over glass and equipment. Anyone have similar and know what they are and if they are good or bad? Thank in advance

Hard to say for sure with the pic, but probably Spirorbid worms - harmless filter feeders.
