Biota was having issues with their previous commercial RO/DI system. After replacing several parts and been super frustrated with the lack of support, they were at their wits ends.
Thanks to Richard at Afishionado, we were put in touch with Biota and were able to upgrade their system to our Blue Marlin PRO, while using some of their existing equipment. Now, they have a simple and efficient system that makes a ton of clean water and fast. Biota is also happy that our technical support is always just a phone call or an email away
