Enchinata fell on my favorite wall hammer 10% of the wall is just fleshy bits hanging off from me not finding it until 12 ish hours after it happened. Should I just leave the wall hammer alone ? Or should I take it out and dip it and return to tank?

Really don’t want to lose this wall, it’s my favorite coral.

Definitely dip. Wall hammers are notoriously difficult to keep long term in home aquariums, and if it’s been stung you might have a hard time getting it to bounce back if you wait to take action.

Dipping is called for because of the exposed flesh, you don’t want a secondary bacterial infection to settle in. Sorry, this happened, things like this always seem to happen when we are not home, ugh!
