what’s happening to my anenome

is my anenome dying? it was doing fine until today the water perimeters are doing just fine so i’m confused on what’s going on, any advice helps !

Its balled up from either stress or a response when fed
Assure nitrates and phosphate not elevated and salinity 1.025 with moderate light and water flow. Too much light or flow and they’ll hide

yes and he’s came fully out i’m pretty sure he was just poopin i’ll update with a picture
I was thinking that might be the issue. mine do that usually if they eat something to large or too much direct feeding
