What anemone and snail is this?

It was sold as a red tipped watermelon anemone, I am unsure if it is just a BTA with string tentacles. Just need to know so I can put it in the sand or on rocks if need be.

Also, this random snail appeared out of nowhere. I can’t get a picture of the shell as he is snug on the glass but he looks like a pill bug but flat and snail-like if that helps.

The "snail" without seeing the back of it myself and just going by your description and the shape of the body could be a chiton.
