What is taking over my live rock?

These little white thing are growing everywhere on my liverock. Mostly in the shaded spots of the tank. Anyone know what they are and if they are ok to leave in the tank?

They look like pineapple sponges to me. Harmless water filters in my opinion.

+1. They'll usually go away when your water cleans up.

ok thanks. Tank has been up almost 2 months now. they just started showing up about a week ago.
