I would say A. samoensis......... they seem to have longer branches than gemmiferra or humilis.

I think you may be the closest to what it may be. Could be wrong. They all look very similar

The curse of coral morphology is that often you have to have a scanning electron microscope and J.E.N. Veron by your side to hope to identify a coral properly, and you will have to cut off a frag to do the examination.

It looks like the digitate phenotype, so that narrows it down a bit. I would wager it's A. gemmifera.

Spathulata is usually not solid green and has more flared radial corallites. Spathulata is also corymbose, not digitate

Just like trying to pick names for children, and grandchildren, everyone has a favorite but almost nobody has an electron microscope which is a great tool for generating names, it turns out.
