I have an 8 bowfront gallon tank, and all the walls are covered in this tiny green spot algae. It's to hard for my magnet scrapers to scrape off, and the bowfront makes it difficult to use a manual scraper on the front glass. Any recommendations on how to remove it? Is there anything that eats it? I have a ceriths, astreaes, stomatellas for snails. Along with Asterinas as well.

Scraping might be the only option

If it's calcareous, basically a green form coralline, the only real option is scraping. Urchins will eat it but not thoroughly enough to keep the glass clear.
