Can anyone help me Unwhat this white clearing sac that appeared on my Hammer last night? I peaked in on my before bed to find this sac that is about the size 1”-1”2 It’s the oddest thing I’ve seen just appear in my tank ever!

Reminds me of this
I have a torch that has completely sealed itself up. I am confused why this is happening, or if it is a problem as I've never witnessed this behavior prior. Everything else in my tank looks good. Parameters are all good and very consistent. Nothing has changed. I've attached an up close view of the torch as well as a wide angle of the rest of my happy corals.

Are there things inside the sac or are those shriveled hammer tentacles?
It’s late into the night normally no lights and all the corals r retracted… so this morning it was all fluffy and swaying like normal… but with this sac now. It’s weird looks almost like little sperm swimming around.

They do that sometimes - it's just a weird bubble. Sometimes it means the head is about to split, other times nothing seems to happen and it goes away.
Nothing to worry about.
