What is this?

So managed to find myself a test kit for just the salt water and when I got back from the store saw this crawling around. Anyone have any ideas on what it is? And if it’s reef safe. Thanks.

Here tried to get some better picture. Phone is having a bit of trouble trying to get it in focus

Seems to be mostly staying around that bit of rock. Will check tomorrow in the morning before I go to work

Got a better look this morning and after some Google searches and forum searches it looks like that or at least very close
