What is this ? Caught it today

Took a pic of a goni and saw what looks like hair algae between shelf and glass. Went to remove it and realized it’s alive. Caught it. It’s one creature (and a small snail - is this bad snail at all). Sorry it’s one main creature. A slug like body and it has long thin legs

Looks like either a hair worm (Cirratulidae) or a spaghetti worm (Terebellide) to me - if the tentacles all come out from a single point, it’s a spaghetti worm; if they come out from basically all over the body it’s a hair worm.

Thank you both. I have video I can’t post here. I will review the video and my creature in a specimen container and double check. I believe they all come from a single point.

If spaghetti worm, I assume it’s safe for my sump cryptic zone?

And he stretched out getting more comfortable in his container. Hairs are all over so we have a hair worm!
