Its hard to get a good picture of them. Kinda oval with 2 tails. Light pink hue. Its a relatively new aquarium with live rock. I do have 2 new pink streaks and another in my 70 thats getting put in the 180g as well hoping they help. Its an sps/euphilia tank

Ghost flatworm and least harmful ,,,, but in numbers they can smother a coral and block the light corals need for zooxanthellae which is their energy and building blocks
Simple removal if few is siphoning with a 3/8" tubing into a net or nylon stocking and discard
If many, wrasses such as yellow coris, lunare. 6 line and melanurus will eat them
Also a springieri damsel will eat them.
Make chemical the last option unless huge infestation as if used, you will need to siphon the tank daily to remove dead ones which can release toxins.
Lastly- Check tank daily for next 2 weeks for signs of any eggs which are really tiny. Generally eggs are laid underneath coral

@vetteguy53081 do you think a yellow corris would get along with pink streak wrasse? Its a bare bottom, will a corris be ok without sand?
Yes, getting along and add a deep bowl of sand which will be needed

A yellow Coris isn't a Coris. It's actually a Halichoeres Chrysus - and no, it will not be ok in a bare bottom unless you provide it some sand to sleep in. Many people have successfully kept them in tanks with a bowl of sand but I'm not sure if it works long term.

It will typically get along with a Pink Streak though, yes.
