Looks like its dying, I would cut that head off and move it away from the others.

Want to make sure before I kill it.. Don't want to kill it if its not dying or harmful to the other heads... It has spread to the entire head on that branch..

it happened to my branching hammer, cut it off separate it.
I actually dipped mine after cutting the section off, in lugols solution then placed it somewhere else in the tank to see if it would recover.
It did not.
But i saved the rest of the heads.
