Which Tang would be best??

I have had tangs and the one thing I realized with these fish is that they are real poopers, more than any other fish I have had. Watch your nutrient levels.

I also recommend a Kole Tang or another from the bristletooth family. They stay smaller, are great cleaners, are not nearly as aggressive as most other Tangs, and can be just as hardy once established.

I have never had a bristletooth not thrive. Over the years 2 koles, tomini and now a white tail. All great and healthy.

Just lost my kole last night had him for two weeks. He was an awesome fish. Never really came out though. Pretty skiddish. Wondering if that should have been my first clue.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
