White little worms on the bottom of the tank

Hi everyone, does anyone know what those are? I have seen around 3-4 of those around the tank, they are really small.

Can you suck one up with that and put it in a smaller container to get better photos

Really can't say from the video, but possibly a Dorvilleid worm? If so, it should be harmless/beneficial.
