white tail tang with spots

As the title says, lately I have been seeing my white tail with several white spots on both sides of the body and one on the tail that is only visible with the light off. The latter does not look like that because they are not white spots, they look more like bumps or wounds but White color. Could it be some disease or is it just harassment from the other fish?
