I have only ordered livestock online once, and it wasn't too long ago (a month maybe). I ordered some fish from blue zoo aquatics and I am 100% sure at some point I will order from them again.

AquaSD is the best of the three online vendors I have used - really great service before and after the sale, and best prices I have found. World Wide Corals is very good with great packing. I also got some from Cornbred on eBay that are beautiful pieces. Cornbred is more expensive but he has some beautiful and unique pieces.
