I had the BTA for a year already in a 4+ year old tank. 3 weeks ago it climbed up and settled on the rock an inch from the powerhead but right below the current. It's not getting blasted persay but enough that it's not fully opening (only 1/3 of its size). No clue why but it's content being there for 3 weeks now. I've tried turning off the powerhead a few times for an hour or so and then back on in hopes it'll move. I'm also worried that if it just lets go of the rock it will be sucked into the powerhead and get chopped up.
I guess I can aim the powerhead directly on it to see if it'll move but wanted to give it the chance to move on its own.

They often are attracted to powerheads which is why nem covers are mandatory on powerheads.
