Just as the title says…
Will tank Transfer method work as QT for cleaner shrimp?

I currently have a clean system, and I would like to keep it this way. Would TTM work?

I think most people would recommend a plain old-fashioned QT. I don't think its likely that the shrimp is carrying an illness - but using TTM I think would be incorrect - in that it doesn't take care of 'everything'

Shrimp stress easily and dont endure variances in water quality well. Shrimp dont require quarantine but rather good acclimation.
Is there a reason you want to treat it?

He is worried about the shrimp bringing in Ich, etc on its body. Which would be extremely odd - but I guess not impossible

Exactly…
Im mostly worried about the shrimp carrying unwanted parasites.
I had made mistakes in the past for not QT fish. Ive learnt the hard way.
Now that I have a clean system (at least free from the main parasites) I would like to keep it this way.
Im moving this shrimp from an established tank to this new one.

Just QT it until it molts if you’re worried
