Someone gave me some for free and I didnt know what it was until now that I read all of this. It was pretty and Im just getting things in my tank and now im worried.

Yes, it will. Mine is all over the tank. Its even poping up in between the zoa polyps on the frag plugs!

Heres the deal i get it will travel on glass or frag itsself ect ect but will it physically attach to sand

I just scrubb it off with a small wire brush as I suck it out on water change day works pretty well to keep it under control
