Bubble magus has a really small one now. I got it it for my nano and it’s great. Works really well for aio

I’ve used this one as well. My only gripe with it is the pump. It failed on me once and was very cheap IMO. Rest of the skimmer was great. My .02

what is the noise level like?

It's pretty silent, but noise is relevant to your personal nature. What might be silent to me might be noise to you... I grew up listening to loud music in the 80s & 90s, so my ears have taken a beating
