We try to change the T5s around 9-10 months. I want to say they are about 16"-18" off the water.Stunning as always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Couple of questions.
How long before you change out the T5's?
How high of the water are the T5's?
Thanks for your time

We change 20% of the water every 2 weeks. I'll try to take some equipment and fish photos along with a new front tank shot in the next batch of photos.Hello I'm planning a similar size tank and have size constraints for my equitment room, I was wondering if you would share your water change method and show some more of your equitment, half my stuff will be under my stand and the other half in a 4x10 fish room behind tank... Thanks! Your setup looks great!
Yes, you can view it anytime during store hours. We also have a 293G show tank that has been running longer than this one.is this tank in a store front that's open to the public? makes me wonna take a trip there just to see it if so and get a car load of corals
Do you guys do anything for phosphate reduction or is it managed thru skimming and water changes?
Vortechs are much better quality and materials. What do you guys think of the jebao wp 60 cs the vortech mp 60 you guys run on the tank
Thank you it is much appreciated.WWC, your display tanks are probably the best LFS display tanks in the world. I really applaud you guys for taking the time to not only share photos of the corals, but also sharing the husbandry/maintenance aspect of the tank and answering numerous questions about the lighting/parameters etc. :clap2:
Keep up the great work guys.
Yes, new FTS coming soon!STUNNING REEF! Any chance of an FTS?
The water is a little over 24" deep. It's usually a good idea to have your lights higher up as there is less evaporation and more evenly spread lighting with less hotspots.Your lights are 16-18 inches above the water, correct? What is the depth of the water. Thank you for taking the time responding to all the questions in this thread. Very nice you. I have a 180, but my lights are much closer to the surface, might be a good idea to change that.
Phosphates are currently at 0.08ppm.Do you guys test po4? What does this tank run at, if you test for it. Thanks! Unreal display!
Thanks!Awesome!
Coming soon!looks great. How about a few pics of the front in sections
