For transparency: brought up the argument my purple hornets are not purple hornets... but blue hornets...

I haven’t heard that argument in 6 years but a simple forum search will clarify its lighting that changes the center to be white or not. Mine are white as they where at the very top of my reef and seemed to love it there... started with 2 and have 100’s.

If you’re buying them call them whatever you want to believe lol! But they may lose the white center soon if you don’t act now they’ll become whatever hornets done have the white center since I have them on my substrate now.
