Any general recommendations on PAR and flow? The spot I was thinking for it long term is mid to low 300s under LED.

How about for the BC Angelica?

Strong, indirect flow and 300-500 par would be great! Our colony of angelica is close by, it seems to like the same conditions.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
