Can you please tell the distinctive difference you're seeing?

And pic 2 is the only pic supplied for Sweet Pinks- so the Zoa was named with just that picture. The difference I can see is just the lighting, all other markings are identical meaning one of the names should be eliminated (IMO the first one submitted gets the nameing rights, just like for patents and astrological naming)

I see what you mean by the lighting and other differences could be contributed to flow. I agree the poor quality of pic 2 should have never been used.

As far as what I see to be different is a much more noticeable and brighter mouth. On the oral disc the dark rings are more distinguished and prominent. There also appears to be different number or rings on the oral disc including more defined radial striations on the oral disc. The skirts are bigger longer and better colored on pic number one but that could be contributed to flow.

Again just my observations.

I agree with ReeferRob. The Ring Dings have a dark ring between the skirt and mouth while the others do not. Of course they are very similar but also a little different.

I agree with the darker rings while the second one has a line going through them and looks brighter pink. Very similar, but different morphs. But IMO not worth making special names for them. I'd just call them pink zoas.

All above-I agree, at first I thought them different but just very similar. Considering the sweet pinks have a much lower quality photo than the Ring Dings, it's tricky to consider some things like the definition of the striations, the brightness of the mouth (both pics have the white mouth, but the RD's pop like crazy, possible photo editing?) and what not. The most obvious difference is that black ring (not the black divide lines) that seems present in the RD's and not the SP's. Some of the polyps in the SP photo do appear to have some sort of mid-ring on the polyp, but not all polyps do. But I can't tell for sure, the photo on the Ring Dings is so crisp and clear (perhaps beyond what would normally be visable? Don't know, it's a very nice photo of some very healthy looking polyps looking sweet,) that comparing it to the SP's is really tough.
Thanks for inputing your thoughts, just got me curious and I couldn't figure for sure either way.
