acclamation

I’m going to be getting a Naoko fairy Wrasse soon and I want to know if I should buy an acclimation box to put it in. I read they dig in the sand bed to sleep at night so I would I only keep it in there for 1 day? What are your guys tips to adding this fish to your system?
