anemone stuck

I’ve had this Anem for about a month. But when I got back from work today I noticed my Anemone was gone. So I descovered he some how squeezed his way into the smalles part of the tank. My over flow inbetween the outer and inner layers. I have no clue what todo any help would be appreciated…

Seems like the Rainbow BBT tried to move around the wave maker and is stuck in it. I tried to pry it off but that's not working. I'm not sure if it's injured but I don't want to risk injuring it. Should I leave it alone and wait for it to move on its on. I don't think it's caught on the blades...

This guy recently split. Yesterday he shrank down small enough to go through the weirs of the overflow box and now he is anchored in the corner where I can barely touch him with a pencil. What the heck can I do to get him to come out???
