aquaforest bio sand

Hi, Struggling to get much info on Aquaforest AF Bio Sand (0.5 - 1.5mm) product I love the look of it and prefer it over Special Grade, but still bit concerned that it might be too fine? From the 1 discussion & 1 video I could find, it looks to hold pretty good though... I will be using it...
