bleech

Hi all. I bought this frag a week ago. Seemed to be doing ok where I put it but last day or so polyp extension doesn't look as good. I know white tips means it's growing but the actual.... not sure what to call it... skeleton let's say... also seems quite right. Is this bleeching or is that...
