bubble tip help

Hi everyone, Until recently my BTA has stayed in one place for almost 1.5 years. It made laps around my tank until it settled on the back wall on top of the GSP. (Yes I am intentionally growing GSP ) Any suggestions on how I can get it to move or release without hurting it? Happy Holidays!!
