clownfish sleeping

My long fin seemed weak. But I think he is just messing around. This morning I saw my canister filter was closed so I opened it up. Did two <25 percent water changes (so about 5 gallons out of my 15 gal) because it must’ve been maybe a couple days since I last fed him with the filter being off...

Is it normal for clowns to stay in one spot when they are waking up Bc I just turned on the lights. I wake up early like around 6 am, Bc of school and I also have my HOB refugium lights on an 8hour schedule
