favia help

Hello friends. I've been having some trouble with my corals lately and am concerned for one in particular. I have a medium to large Wolverine type favia colony. It had a small black spot on it when i got it but was told it was just algae. I'm no starting to see more of them and I'm worried...

I just bought this coral from my LFS, and they said it's a favia but I've never seen favia like this before. Do you guys know this coral

I have a sector 9 favia that is swelling during the day. Is this a sign something is wrong or is this ok?

I was looking at my reef today and realized this favia looked like it had come sand on it, I suspected maybe my fish spit some sand on to it. I was blasting it off and realized the actual flesh starting coming off. There have been no light changes or flow changes. I’ve had it for 2 months...
