Hi, I have had this wrasse for about 5 years. Woke this morning and laying on sanded with what looks like an injury or possible parasite on top of body. Wanted to get second opinion on injury.

Ironically my jawfish broke his jaw while defending his hole lol. He’s still active and eats fine. I don’t plan/want to intervene. Looks like a bulldog now . Anybody have this happen before?
