green star polyps worm

Hair like work on GSP, it moves in and out of the coral. Doesn’t seem to bother it but I prefer a clean tank. Would a dip take care of this or hydrogen peroxide dip? Does anyone know what this is? harmful or not?

hello, it has been few days I have noticed a worm living within my Green star polyps coral and It is coming out in dark mostly. I have managed to get a photo of it. I would Highly appreciate if someone could identify and let me know if it is ok to be out there in the tank. Thanks.
