help pajama cardinal carrying babies

I have 3 pajama cardinals and one is constantly carriying babies in mouth but I need help on proper preparation for what to add to tank or ways for babies to hide from being dinner for rest of tank fish( tang, 2 clowns, 2 other PJ cardinals,4 chromis) or possibly collect at some point
