limpet

I know the pic is fuzzy. Noticed this fella cruising the glass tonight and definitely eating algae. A limpet of some sort I believe. Pretty sure I’ve also seen him stuck to the glass under the sand bed as well. Anyone know what he is and if I should be concerned?

Hey guys, I got a shipment from reef cleaners yesterday and a bunch of my Astrea and turbo snails have these mollusks attached to their shells. They seem to camouflage with each snail’s shell. My guess is limpets. Can anyone confirm?

Does anyone know what these little guys might be? When I first noticed these fellas I didn’t think much of it but now they’re just multiplying like crazy. I don’t think they are harmful but just wondering what they might be.

Admittedly my tank was neglected for a couple months while I was busy with work. Came home after a short weekend vacation to my pump not working. Added an air stone while new pump came in which was about a week. saw these on the glass, scraped, cleaned tank water change etc. still working on...

Hard to see, about the same color as the body, not sure if it was there before or not. It is kinda limpet shaped? But honestly, I don’t know and I would love some input.

What are the best Vortech guards out there? Added my Dejongi gramma to my big tank and I have a fear of him being blended, so I'm looking at the Nemprotect and the limpet ones on BRS, not sure what is better or if there are better options. Thoughts and Opinions are welcome.

I've seen this thing a few times over the years. Pretty obvious that there is a limpet shell underneath that shroud. Anybody have experience with these things? He's been hanging out around my zoanthids a lot lately, just curious if you pose any danger other than knocking frags off plugs.

I found a very nice limpet in my sump and would like to move her to the display. Anyone know how to SAFELY remove her from glass or rock? Thx
