    Micro Zoa ID?

I set up my tank some time ago and had only fish and inverts. Then I ended up inheriting some live rock and zoas from someone who was shutting down their tank. I have what I believe to be a large paly colony, but then also these suuuuper tiny zoas. When I asked the guy what any of them were he...

    Zoa ID help

Can anyone help with an ID on this? LFS lead wasn’t there, but they were sitting in the corner and looked pretty cool to me - reminds me of an old lightbulb filament. Color is an orange/red on a dark almost black background. Appreciate any help!

    Zoa/paly id

Would anybody happen to know the name of these zoas/palys? I think one of them is blue agave/salt bay. But I don't know the other two. The first one isn't utter chaos. It has a red sparkle to it.

    Palythoa on gsp?

I noticed this growing on a piece of my gsp. The gsp hasn't seemed to extend its polyps for a while so I'm wondering if this is the case. Any idea what it is?

    Zoa / Palythoa ID

Hey everyone, new here- hopefully I’m doing this right and my pics will load. Recently picked up a tile with clover polyps, Xenia, and some Zoas/ palys. I didn’t really think much of the zoas/ palys as I had them years ago in another tank, but I’ve been reading up on palytoxin, and considering...

Hitch-Hiker Paly Attached to Aussie Toadstool- Removal Help?

Hi all! I was doing a water change today and noticed a neat looking hitch-hiker on my toadstool coral. Problem is, I don't think my toadstool appreciates the company, especially with that weird brown gunk on the side (doesn't come off with a toothbrush). The toadstool seems healthy otherwise. I...

    New Paly Pricing!!!

Hey everyone, I’m not a super zoa grower but I do keep tabs on the latest prices online, eBay, locally, R2R, etc. However sometimes I get behind with more important things so I’d like some second opinions! I recently purchased a wild zoa ‘mini colony’, if you will from a high end zoa guy. He...

    Zoa ID (paly)

I was told these were wild, unseen, and unlabeled. Testing that pre-purchase theory to see if it holds up now that I dropped top dollar for them. The most gold zoas I’ve ever seen. I will be selling a couple polyps at some point also. (First 5 photos were just before lights out, more white than...

    Paly grandis?

Are these paly grandis? Leather coral forums believes so. Are these things super toxic? I’ll remove them if they’re going to make anything in my tank sick.
