Is this ich on this blue tang? I noticed it showed up about a week ago and seems to be increasing.

Hello, so my friend noticed her janitor fish start acting weird and some white spots, so, she isolated him in a separate tank and gave it an anti-ich medication. Once she saw it looking better with less white spots, she put it back into the main tank. Though, it later died around a week later...
