slow flow

I just installed a 100gpd 4 stage RO/DI filter with 800 flow restrictor. Do to cold water (probably 60*) and a psi of 54, I’m getting a waste ratio of 25:1. This seems extremely wasteful. I don’t know how much a booster pump would help, but I thought maybe it would make more sense to try...

I set up the RO buddie 4 stage today, during the setup, I am flushing the membrane. I have good water pressure off of my kitchen sink. I’m running cold water through the unit and barely have a dribble of water coming out of the clean. There is also the occasional air bubble coming out of it...
