tank upgrades

I’m seriously considering upgrading from my Waterbox Marine X 90g to a 140g.. trying to learn from others experiences. The plan is to retain all livestock + live rock, buy new substrate & hopefully avoid cycling the new tank.. is that realistic? Anything you guys did to make the transition...
