triton barcode

Got my triton results back and need some expert advice / opinions on what it’s reading.

hello all I just received me Triton analysis and had a question. Mostly everything looked good but I had a few levels that was low. I’m wondering what are they and how to bring them up ?

Who should we contact about missing barcodes? It usually takes a few days for a sample to be logged in California, but I have had one out now ~for a couple of weeks. Thanks, M
