tube algea

I need advice on what to do prior to stacking my aquscape on a new Nuvo 100 INT. I upgraded to a Nuvo 100 from a Reefer 250. I have had these tube worm, algae things all over my rock for a long time. I was dosing Vibrant and it seemed to go away but i'm not sure what it is and how to eradicate...

I noticed recently a lot of fuzzy algae in my tank. It has overtaken the underside of my shelf and made its way into my refuge. Also, there are these hard white spots on my tank walls that I can't figure out. I am relatively new to reefing (October of 2020). Any help would be appreciated...
